Return Policy
Most personal care and beauty items cannot be returned due to hygiene reasons.
For returnable items:
- You have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
- Items must be unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.
- Include your receipt or proof of purchase.
- Contact us at returns@titustrading.com to start a return.
- You are responsible for return shipping costs.
For damaged or incorrect items:
- Contact us immediately at returns@titustrading.com.
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale items
- Gift cards
