  • Unopened and Unused: Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original condition with all original packaging, seals, and accessories.
  • Within 30 Days: Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the original order date.
  • Sale Items: Sale items are generally final sale and are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at support@titustrading.com with photos of the damaged item and your order number. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

Initiating a Return

  1. Contact Us: Email us at support@titustrading.com with your order number and the reason for your return.
  2. Return Authorization: We will provide you with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for returning the item(s).
  3. Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is damaged or defective. We recommend using a trackable shipping method.
  4. Send Return Package: Ship the item(s) in their original packaging, along with the RA number clearly written on the outside of the package, to the address provided.

Refunds

  • Original Payment Method: Refunds will be issued to the original form of payment used for the purchase.
  • Processing Time: Please allow 5-10 business days for your return to be processed and refunded.
  • Shipping Costs: Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error (e.g., incorrect item shipped, damaged item).

Exceptions
